We want to help you; but we don't own the venues that we work with. We've come up with some ideas that will help you to avoid disappointment. These look like rules; we like to think of it as Free advice:
Please take some time out to read our Guestlist recommendations, it could be the difference between having the time of your life or chipping in to pay for a cab home or worse still, running to catch the night bus.
We have a strict policy to ensure we maintain a very high level of service both to YOU and the clubs that we run guest lists for.

1. Please make sure: hat you send your guest list/s into us no later than 6pm on the night of the event (As we need time to send out all our guest lists to the nightclub).

2. Clubs and bars: All venues whether they maybe be bars, restaurants or clubs reserve the rights of admission. In practice this means that the person on the door ultimately decides who enters the venue, being on the guest list DOES NOT guarantee entry.

3. Ask: On arrival at your chosen nightclub/night ask for the promotion team in your confirmation email.

4. Make an effort in what you wear: Dress codes do vary from venue to venue and the night of the week, so look smart and you won't have any problems. Don't forget you may get your picture taken by one of our photographers.

5. Bring Identification: Most of our nights are over 21s' so to save any embarrassment and disappointment, we ask all guests to bring ID to verify their age.

6. A maximum of: 2 venues on any one night can be applied for; you should receive confirmation e-mail within 24hrs.

7. Arrival: Please make sure you and your group arrive early to your chosen night; most guest list prices do go up after 11:00pm so we would suggest you turn up well before this time.

8. Male Groups: Try to avoid attending nights in all male groups, as most clubs in London will just turn you away.

9. To limit abuse: 3 no shows on the our guest list will result in you begin blocked from our guest list services.

10. PLEASE ffollow our guidelines and you are unlikely to experience problems on the night. We know what London Clubs expect, so your friends at Free Guestlist suggest you take their Free advice; and have a BIG NIGHT OUT. .
